Sentor's SOC
All of our managed security services are delivered from Sentor's SOC (Security Operations Centre) where dedicated security operators and analysts work around the clock to protect our clients' businesses.
Every hour of every day, hundreds of security events generated from our clients' networks are analysed. If deemed serious, a security event is escalated to a security incident, and managed according to a pre-defined incident response plan, tailored to meet each client's specific requirements.

The MSS Provisioning Platform
Our MSS provisioning platform ensure secure and cost effective delivery of our managed security services.
Developed by Sentor, the platform's main tasks are to collect, normalise and consolidate log data and security events from the different devices we manage in our clients' networks. The platform also filters irrelevant alerts such as false positives, thereby making the operator's task a whole lot easier. This in turn reduces cost for the client as fewer personnel are needed to manage their security solutions.
Included in all of our managed services the client gain access to a web based service portal, where incident reports, statistics and monthly reports are available. This ensures transparency in the service delivery.
Last year our MSS provisioning platform received more than 20 million security alerts from our client's networks. Approximately 150,000 alerts were escalated to a case which the operator and/or analyst had to tend to. This in turn resulted in well over 200 security incidents where Sentor's incident response team had to take action in order to protect our clients' businesses.
